Hi guys,
Happy New Year to all!
Matt, Rob and I had a productive session earlier in the month and Rob and I
met with Exelon today in DC http://www.exeloncorp.com/Pages/home.aspx.
Rob and I (and Jonathan Kelly) also had a productive face-to-face with Mr
Murali in NYC earlier this month.
So all in all, we had strong progress on the concept in the few weeks that
Brad has been in China (note to self, send Brad to China if we want to make
progress on something).
We are awaiting input back from the PFC, but we'd like to schedule a call to
review where we are and what our next few weeks.
We are also in progress on an engagement with NCR in India which will
require Rob and I to head to India in February and/or March - so we should
leverage this as much as possible and build smart synergies as we go.
Rob is heading to Africa next week, so I'd am awaiting some windows of time
he'd be available for a call.
To really launch, we need to focus on: 1. entry plan/strategy, 2. working
capital & 3. Structure.
This is a strong concept and we've built up a bit of steam, so let's keep
pushing.
Best,
Neil
